Registration Guidelines (Poster Presentation)
Student Poster Presentation is organized at International Conference on Recent Trends in Computer Applications and Information Technology to encourage Students and Recent Graduates to present their original research which will be later Published in the International Journals. All accepted abstracts will be presented at the Poster-Sessions during the Conference. Conference aims at setting a platform for all the budding scientists to present their real-time work and share their views and aspects related to the theme of the conference.
Eligibility
- Registration Fee is for per Group (Max. 3 students).
- This competition is open to Undergraduate Students only.
- The deadlinefor abstract submission is 28.02.2019.
- Abstracts have to be submitted by Email: [email protected] only.
- Shortlisted abstracts for the competition will be intimated through Email only.
- At least one author(s) should register to present the Poster in the conference.
- Registration fee will include Certificate, High-Tea.
- The Certificate will be given to registered participant(s) only.
Judging Criteria
- Each participant should be ready in front of his/her poster to answer all questions asked from the judges.
- The presentation schedule will be informed to you once the program is finalized.
- The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the conference. Apart from the judging time you may also be present at the poster to share your research with interested delegates.
- The judge’s decision will be final and no clarification will be given afterwards.
